Pros

The ability to help the customer. Commission structure is good.

Cons

Senior Management. CPI wage increases have been eaten up by reducing the weekend bonus that was paid, so wages remain the same Always looking to find ways to reduce staff benefits. Work most weekends, if not all. Mandatory 6 days a week for Managers over major promotions twice a year. Approx 10 -11 weeks a year Annual leave can never be longer than 2 weeks. Cannot be in the last week of any promotion and promotions. No leave granted for anyone in January or June.So it is very limited.

Pros

Store managers are doing the best they can in the current conditions

Cons

Everything else is not going well. Processes are all over the place. Constant customer complaints due to delivery. Micromanagement from the company that bought out Plush. Everything that was going well pre-2022 has been stripped back and removed.
