      Pros

      Supportive and caring culture that places a premium on helping teammates succeed. There is zero hierarchy. Every voice counts.

      Cons

      As a 100% remote company you have to work a bit harder to communicate and collaborate. It's not as easy as just walking down the hallway and poking your head into someone's cubicle or office.

      Pros

      The company brings a refreshing approach to the industry through a unique remote startup culture, solid teamwork and leadership. It has been a great experience crafting meaningful products with this team, and seeing the positive impact it has had on their customers. PocketSuite has embraced remote-life, but meet up often IRL at pretty cool spots like Hawaii and Disney. There is great 360 degree support for all departments, so everyone on the team brings huge value.

      Free lunch isn't really offered b/c everyone is remote ;)
