Pros

- A Gym - Super Cool People -Culture of Unity

Cons

Don't work here if you want some semblance of a life. They tend to guilt-trip people with the whole "If you want to travel SE Asia, Don't work here". But seriously, that is a load of manipulative crap because if you work here, your hours are boundaryless. You are meant to always be "on". Even if you are a hard worker that gives their ALL to the hours that you work, you WILL be manipulated into working more than usual because everything is an 'emergency' and the rest of the team will crumble to their knees if you don't comply. And 50% of your time will be in meetings that could have been an email. I was basically working at PA for every moment that I wasn't eating, sleeping or showering. When you leave the office, best believe you are still going to be required to work to meet the unrealistic deliverables. Stop bringing your toxic American Wall Street and military background "grit and grind lifestyle" lack of boundaries here. If you are working here, you DESERVE to know who you are outside of work. You DESERVE to disconnect on your days off without feeling guilty.

Pros

There were some great and inspiring people who worked there. For the business itself, there was a lot of potential to do something meaningful. The values and overall goals of the company were great.

Cons

Poor and inexperienced management, abrupt decision-making that puts the business at risk, poor communication, and really high expectations that are not matched by the compensation. There have been some financial issues, which is easily understood but poorly handled by demanding longer working hours and false promises of bonus payments, which are now just discontinued.

Good vision, poor execution

Pros

Their curriculum is generally up to date. Some lingering values of the company remain. With the nice look of the centers, good curriculum, and gyms, you work in a nice place where you can exercise and feel decent about the material you teach. Depending on the management and location of the center, your experience could be better or worse. They tend to find good hires, but the best ones are often overworked and burnt out. If you work part-time, this could be a decent place to work.

Cons

Low compensation, no bonuses and promised bonuses not delivered, regular expectations/pressure of overtime work and non-job related tasks and with no additional pay, and market average compensation. Job roles can shift due to the company's ever-changing and last-minute initiatives. The owner and his #2 haven't been able to retain good management, so they often get over-involved in projects smaller than their roles, causing underdeveloped staff to prematurely step into roles without training and outside their scope of work.
