      Évolution rapide car turn over rapide, nourriture "saine"

      Cons

      Gros turn over, parfois non respect des règles d'hygiène par la hiérarchie, objectif de prime inatteignables, pressions au travail, semaines chargés dès l'absence d'un collègue (max personnel de 70h, moyenne de 48h après rappel du max legal), appels et messages pendant le repos et arrêt maladie de la part de la hierarchie... En résumé je suis partie pour burn out.

      My manager was really understanding about my schedule And the food offered for every work time is really a plus.

      good flexibility with schedule young and nice team of people to work with

      Cons

      the company does not respect its employees some stores dont even have bathrooms minutely-timed breaks and not enough people for the flow of customers usually to cut costs.
