The other review before me pretty much nailed it with pro and con. The only exception was that I thoroughly enjoyed the job when I got hired under different manager. Everything went downhill after that manager left and new one got promoted This new form of management did not take constructive criticism well (coworker got in trouble for this), did not communicate well (ignored my texts and calls regarding work) New manager also exhibits passive aggression, unfair/unjust judgement and poor execution. Basically, any form of mistake no matter how small can be blown way out of proportion. Not once have they emphasized on 'working together to resolve problems' instead they explicitly said "control". I had a manager tell me they can't seem to control me... Strange, I know
