      Pros

      Good pay, Lots to learn and corelate with classic supply chain concepts. Company is expanding. People are nice.

      Cons

      Planning is done on excel. For an organization with such complex supply chain, a planning system should have been implemented long back. Kinaxis is finally on the verge of getting implemented. Promotion with the Supply Chain department is almost impossible.
