Pros
The work was challenging and interesting. I did do things that I hadn't done before. The workers are real nice and easy to get along with. We helped each other to get things done.
Cons
The management is very trigger happy when it comes to getting rid of good quality people. It seems like they don't give them a chance to prove themselves and there's no room for error. They make one mistake and they're gone. This place for some reason is a revolving door when it comes to employees. The work was stressful and there was little time off. There were a lot of employees who come in early, stay late and they get very little in return. They are overworked and underpaid. No recognition, very little bonus, nothing. If someone told me that they were going to work over there, I'd say don't do it. You'll most likely be gone in about a year.
