A mess

Pros

Some good people who try hard but those who stay only do so because they couldn’t cope on a competitive job market.

Cons

No direction, no strategy. The technology is basic, with shiny front UI features but nothing else. Customers (commercial and governments) have been let down by poor product offerings, managed badly. The company lost numerous large contracts and is struggling to keep face with empty PR. In truth, there is very little substance to the offering. Their best developers left. Their good young managers also left. The HR team is merely a box ticking function, with little understanding of employee engagement. The office is terrible and the senior executives are in constant disagreement, paralysing the company.
