Pros

Good people, good office location

Cons

Average pay, outdated excessive processes and poorly maintained old software. KPI's with no reasonable incentives. The company won't allow reasonable budget for necessities that make their frontline staff comfortable. Extremely useless stringent rules for members end up causing extra work, that does not benefit the member. Many times I experienced the member being badly inconvenienced due to having to jump through unnecessary hoops, and I felt genuinely bad for them. Lower management is definitely overworked and underpaid as well, meaning support is lacking in areas. Old fashioned up top management doesn't trust anyone beneath them to handle simple every day processes, which can be insulting. The high turnover reflects the stability and workload for the position as they are always short staffed. Be aware they are excessively strict.
