Working alongside great, funny and smart people. Opportunity to gain professional experience incredibly fast.
Cons
Overly streesful job. Projects are not only absurtly difficult, also impossible to be completed properly in the ridiculously short times. You barely receive help, more like you get thrown in a shark infested ocean blindfolded and expected to reach to the shore alive in a record time, unharmed. Projects are mosly in other states and you need to travel every week and spend 5 days of the week away from your family. Plus you need to work approximately 12-16 hours per day.
