Pros

No pros, not even work life balance as previously mentioned in other reviews

Cons

this company has the following expectations: - work minimum of 65 hour per week or else receive write ups - everything is a manual process / no digit processing - there is no opportunity for career growth / only to stay in the same department or role (this company is international out of Guatemala) - expect to hire quantity over quality as the company is looking to grow the business from 80 locations to at least 300 locations by the end of 2025

Pros

Freedom to do your job

Cons

Must show ability to all executive directors. The executive directors do not come in the office, they have no idea what you do, but they have a panel about all managers and discuss if their a good fit for the company. How would they know if they don't see your work ethic?

Pros

The brand is internationally recognized and the office location is convenient. Some of the lower level colleagues are hardworking people just trying to do their best despite the leadership

Cons

Cultural & Racial Bias: There is a blatant "Guatemala-only" culture where all the top positions and executives are reserved for their own people. If you are not from that specific inner circle, there is zero room for growth. It is an exclusionary environment where Black and White employees are treated as a minority with no future. Local talent is treated as disposable, while management from the home country is protected regardless of performance. Financial Failure & Layoffs: The company is bleeding money and operating at a net loss, which is why they are constantly firing people to cover up for bad management. Work-Life Balance: Expect extreme deadlines and a "burnout culture" where corporate management expects you to be available at all times. Operations / HR Instability & Incompetence: The company has been restructured so many times in the past few months that it has created total instability. The new HR leadership is completely unprepared for the US market; they only care about their own deadlines and protecting their seats while executing mass layoffs every month. The new management is incompetent, lacks critical decision-making skills, and relies on toxic micro-management and "high school" finger-pointing.Benefits are not good they give you the bare minimum .
