      Directors of company are good and understanding

      Worst CEO you can see in a company, shows himself as Devotee of god but total fraud and highly greedy asks for food whenever he promotes someone also took a Podcast Microphone from a senior employee as gift. If you don't have job be unemployed but don't ever join there lucknow office. No recognition/ compensation of overtime and management expects you to be available overtime.

      Nothing good at all, management expects you to work 24x7 without any leave and will take meeting everyday without any logic.

      Cons

      The CEO needs serious psychiatric assistance, highly manipulative and loves micromanagement within organisation. Only loves bootlickers (One of it is surviving past 6 years) because of this. Loves entertainment from employees in his cabin with closed light. Highly unprofessional, practice casteism. Non visionary, never ever done any client meeting, always eats in his cabin throughout the day.
