...none whatsoever unfortunately. There's no room for growth especially if you are a woman.
Cons
EVERYTHING. Toxic fumes, no air conditioning, no heat, 12 hour shifts, very dangerous and everything is blamed on the employee. Management has no clue about anything, there is no communication among management to employees. Generally it's a hideous place to work. Worked there for two years and no raise.
