Pros
Co-workers are amazing and fun to work with. Guests are great and the Artists are incredible.
Cons
The owner is a train wreak. He may have been a businessman for many years but he isn't a smart one and doesn't treat his employees with the respect they deserve. There is no longer commission and he expects you to more work then what he is paying you for. The pay is very low and full-time employees don't make enough to balance the cost of living in Orlando. This gallery is on the brink of closing and the owner won't do what needs to be done to keep that from happening. DO NOT WORK HERE!! And for those of you who work there, get out while you still can.
