Pros

The colleagues are quite nice

Cons

Perfomance review is purely subjective which quite bit un-professional. Hard to communicate makes it hard to ask about the job that should be done.

No process, very few actual consultant, too much work on the seniors

Pros

If you try hard, pay is nice

Cons

No HR strategy to retain and train people leading to lack of skilled staff. Most of the time, the seniors are the one who do everything and very quickly get burned by the workload.

Pros

Friendly team members,flexibility, good salary.

Cons

Phantom / inexistant leadership, directions and company goals The most lacking induction, training and guidance ever seen in over 20 years career. It;s a shame, there is some good people, but overall never have I seen such terrible management and decisions making. It was funny to observe a detailed plan including coaching, targets given on day one and to see absolutely zero follow up ever again about it with of course not a single target hit, nor any (zero) coaching provided despite clearly being written. Total amateur HR division enjoying life in Bali when supposed to be in Jakarta and telling you that you must go to the office and not work remotely. Really a total joke from the ground up.
