Pros
Good people to work with, apart form the office staff. Pay is not too bad, thanks to the union.
Cons
They will sell you hopes and dreams when you apply, You will then be treated like a number, you will be forgotten if you do not actively push management for progression, then they will screw you round for ages. You will be asked to start work at ridiculous times with no thought given to your wellbeing. eg shift 2am to 6am.
