Pros
the managers are understanding of restrictions in your schedule. they are good at promoting in house talent. they offer lots of training if you want it. there is a nice culture, always doing an event or charitable drive so there is a active sense of community which is nice. good benefits program also.
Cons
not always the highest pay but that depends on the site.
