      Pros

      steep learning curve because you are giving directions to yourself.

      Cons

      There's no guidance at all. You are expected to know everything even though is your 1st month there and not from same industry prior this job. Managers review your work wrongly and you take responsibiltiy for their mistakes. Bigger bosses micro managed you if you are away from your seat when you went toilet 5 mins only. Management has poor direction and no planning. You basically OT everyday and they dont appreciate you. your annual leave just for display very hard to get it approved efficiently even though you sent min 1 week in advance, Favourism applies here as well.

      Flexible hourly leave instead of annual leaves.

      Cons

      Communication could have been more transparent especially during period of change. Decisions made w/o enough consideration for employee input.
