      Their Sales and Marketing is in-house. They provided great training and guidance. A lot of collaboration to meet sales goals.

      Cons

      Can’t think of any major cons. They specialize in wood-frame low rise buildings, so there might not be as many projects in the pipeline for sale (no concrete high rises)
