Pros

None at all, this place is horrible!

Cons

No work/life balance. No true leadership or direction. Massive turnover and employee exodus. Micromanagement like you wouldnt believe, and the threat of legal action for posting the truth after exiting. No inclusive leadership model. Minorities are not valued as anything other than a virtual workhorse. There are NO minorities in leadership and there never will be. Lots of friends promoting friends. The CEO throws around the term "psychological safety", but is the main source of verbal abuse and bullying masked as a joke. Lots of F-bombs dropped in corporate meetings, and a huge game of blame it! Word to the wise, do not work here!

Pros

There aren't any pros here

Cons

Communication is horrific and zero guidance In one day they laid of 45% of their Careguides with zero severance. They switch directions off the job by the day. One day you have a 1 on 1 and everything is fine. The next you are fired. There is no stability and they want you to work like a robot. If I could put zero stars on everything I would. Insurance is VERY expensive and if you have family members your looking at over $1,000 with no 401k

Toxic work culture

Pros

There are no pros to working for this company

Cons

trapped in a toxic work culture characterized by leadership misalignment and operational neglect. When management prioritizes upward appeasement over employee well-being, the resulting burnout and lack of psychological safety are inevitable.
