That they messed up in Kentucky at the processing facility.

There are many issues within this company. It started as a sustainable neighborhood business and is now a tech startup that is anything but sustainable. The owners have used many connections/partners until they cannot keep up and cast them by the wayside. Bonuses are promised and never delivered. Hours are long and there is a toxic work mentality. The conditions of the facilities are hazardous to your health. Funds are commonly not delegated to employees who deserve raises and or have been promised them, but invested into marketing, PR, and other assets within the company. Management constantly has it's hands tied by the control of ownership. Quality of product and work environment has consistently declined over time.
