Pros
If you are sick you have a number of days per year which are not deducted. They try to put themselves in your place when you have a personal or family emergency. Genuine interest in having a good work environment.
Cons
There are no really challenging projects at the moment Difficult to grow professionally beyond a certain level. Not much budget for salary increases

Good co-workers in every project you migth be on.
Cons
Low payment, always looking for juniors so they won't pay enough. Boring projects that probably won't help to grow profesionally
