Pros

+ Met some amazing people. + Learned about sustainability standards. + I now know what kind of company I do not want to work for.

Cons

- Cult-like: You get love-bombed when you first join and there are people who tell you how amazing the company is. There is a clear "inner circle" (those who usually have been with the company for a longer time and live and breath Position Green) and "outer circle" (everyone else). - Toxic positivity: They preach an "uplifting attitude" as a way of working. In other words, if you bring up an issue with your manager, you often get shut down with caring and empathetic language. - Lack of integrity: Despite preaching "integrity", there is a major gap between words and actions. There is a strong emphasis on positivity and support, but when you raise genuine concerns, you are met with performative support and a lack of accountability -- "We hear you, but we can't do anything about it." "We understand your frustration with us, but it's because of the tough external market." "We are here for you during tough times, but let's focus on looking forward." - Inexperienced and immature middle management: Never felt like I could trust my manager. I got the impression that they prioritised their own career over the team, maybe because they are still relatively new in their career. There may have also been elements of competition with their team members, so I felt like I couldn't grow. Overall, it made me question my skills and worth so I am very happy to have left!

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

I worked here for a minute and it was the worst place I’ve ever worked at. I was laid off after having reported a manager that was harassing me on the job. Said manager had been reported several times before and nothing was done about it. Do not work here. Consider other options. They didn’t specify important salary details until last minute.

Not really a great experience

Pros

Biggest pros is that you learn a lot and get to connect with a lot of great people. The people within the company are absolutely fantastic people as individuals. A growth journey which results in plenty of learnings for the future. To be honest a lot of good learnings. Got to meet a lot of interesting people

Cons

An organisation on a journey, but a journey downhill and offpist is probably my best explanation. Reactive company that tends to think reactive = agile. There is a lack of structure and transparency in decisions. A rigid hierarchical structure within employees that lacks incentives to move up, rather push down and blame instead of taking responsibility. Words have no value, normally a lot of speach that the people are the most valuable and "we are a family" which is not shown in the organisation other than in slide decks. The company tend to speak to the employees but rarely listen. Compensation model is below expectations
