Reactive company that tends to think reactive = agile. There is a lack of structure and transparency in decisions.
A rigid hierarchical structure within employees that lacks incentives to move up, rather push down and blame instead of taking responsibility.
Words have no value, normally a lot of speach that the people are the most valuable and "we are a family" which is not shown in the organisation other than in slide decks.
The company tend to speak to the employees but rarely listen.
