Pros

Flexible working from home culture

Cons

Worst place I have ever worked and I still have ptsd for the way I was treated. This is a racist company and I do not advice any young person to join. Layoffs on the spot with no real reason and no appropriate disciplinary measures taken! Zero respect and care for employees and onboarding is non-existent! There is no structure and a terrible gossiping and back stabbing culture! AVOID AVOID! there is nothing sustainable about Position Green do not be fooled.

If they are mentioning "uplifting attitude", run.

Pros

- The colleagues are amazing! More or less everyone is highly skilled in their fields and has a strong ambition to create great things.

Cons

- Toxic positivity and the promotion of an "uplifting or positive attitude" often prevent real issues from being resolved. - There has been significant turnover of new employees during their probation period, creating uncertainty and fear among other new employees about what is "good enough." - Managers are often inexperienced and lack the proper training and support necessary to lead in a professional manner. - The company struggles to effectively prioritize tasks and conveys a sense of urgency about almost everything, making it difficult to produce high-quality work that employees can be proud of.
