      A small, agile business with lots of opportunities for commercially-minded sustainability specialists to gain experience supporting business to take action and leverage sustainability for brand value

      Like all smaller companies, PL is for people comfortable being hands-on and individually accountable

      The office is located in a nice location.

      Cons

      The work culture is incredibly toxic. There's constant tension, and it’s clear management doesn’t care about employee wellbeing. Bullying and micromanagement are the norm, and there’s little accountability for bad behavior. High staff turnover—people are leaving constantly, which speaks volumes about how bad it is. New employees don’t last long, and good employees are burned out or looking for the door. No clear strategy or direction from leadership.
