The owner, Carol, talks down to her staff, berates them in front of clients, and micromanages. Dragging a dog by it's collar or keeping them kenneled all day is normal practice. Dogs they don't like they keep kenneled for long periods. They'll take the dog out of the kennel for five minutes to take a picture to make it look like the dog was playing but then put the dog right back in the kennel. No breaks for employees. Employees are always wrong in the eyes of the owner. The girls that have been there a long time are cliquey and you'll never feel like you're good enough. One of the employees screams (literally) at your dogs, keeps them chained up, and hits them. For your sanity do not work here. Especially if you love dogs
