      Pros

      Company and working environment is good. Splunk team has carrier growth and more learning and you can seek help from seniors.

      Cons

      SOC has low learning curve, after a year you will struggle. Seniors not give KT. No doubts will be cleared. Because they know few. You must work on PPTs not related to SOC.
