Pros
Reggio is a good place to live. I met a fantastic team to work with. I have to thanks them for greater things we have done together. But...
Cons
..this team now are leaving. Both the Ceo and the project manager are very confused in methods and workflows to adopt to get the work done. Also there is no space for professional growth, you are left alone in this. There is no meritocracy or appreciation for good work. Payment always very late and often bad atmposphere. The worst thing is that if you have ideas, there's little space for dialogue if these ideas are better than the Ceo. No collaboration too from him.
