      Solid Pay if you can get a good shift.

      Cons

      They prioritize management, but they do not offer them a higher pay. Instead they get priority of shifts to compensate them. They will change your shift with disregard to your personal life.

      Pros

      I was able to work my up to Bar director And AGM for a world class program. Also, I was able to travel with this job and mentor lots of inspiring professionals.

      The culture of the company began to rapidly change and it has effected my team and is of great concern to me and the ethos I represent.

      Big company with several locations

      Cons

      Toxic work environment filled with retaliation and intimidation. HR is internal and meddles in each bars affairs. Bar and upper management have been caught covering up assaults, payroll discrepancies and abuses of power. This company has been sued multiple times for breaks violations and continues to DENIE staff breaks at several locations.
