Pros
There is no employee ownership when it comes to improving the business and increasing revenue. Moral is lost and anyone that remains either trying to climb the ladder or too afraid to look elsewhere in this economy.
Cons
Horrible morale (after round 1 of layoffs, made worse by round 2, then round 3.... etc), no pay increase in four years,Pays much lower than industry standard. Corrupt, unqualified management. In some cases verbal harrassment and bullying. The General managers, they were working on truck dealership, just before joining Powell Foundations! they don't have any clue about construction industry.
