It's also a family company. Not meaning they have family values, meaning they employ unqualified family members for positions they don't actually do.
I have worked at this company for 5+ years and it truly is a great company to be part of. As an ESOP, each employee has a stake in seeing the company grow to its fullest potential. The company offers a lot of personal growth with multiple opportunities and training. The company offers flexibility and helps you balance your and family life.
This company provides an amazing amount of flexibility. Working remotely, no set schedule for office hours to help offset the daily commute. Great to balance work needs with family time.
