Constant micro management, outdated scoring quality system. Stuck on phone all day with no break between calls. Unnecessary processes to follow in order to score quality points, making it more difficult for the employees and tiring for the customers. Very robotic and tedious, this is not customer service, it's a call center. Being proactive is not an option and you will still get blamed if a senior makes a mistake. No time to take a breather with everything being timed, including toilet breaks. Toxic environment. Office incredibly noisy.
