Pros
Really good part-time job for college, as they worked around my schedule and I always got time off when needed. The staff are lovely and the only reason I stayed so long.
Cons
Pay is poor and minimum wage but commission and spivs are decent. Management/head office couldn't care less about you or their customers. They are still running it like a small family-owned company which isn't feasible. The returns policy is strict and often unfair to the customer, making it hard to implement making customer service really difficult leaving customers very unhappy and this is not aided by the head office's attitude toward customers.
