* During the interview, the company presented a very positive and structured environment, even though I had come across some concerning reviews on Indeed. * After being selected and joining, I realized that the actual working environment was quite different from what was initially portrayed. * Within my first two weeks, I experienced a very high-pressure environment with immediate expectations to perform without errors. * There was a strong emphasis on speed and perfection, where even minor mistakes were not well tolerated. * Additionally, when one staff member made a mistake, the entire team would be addressed collectively, which created a stressful atmosphere. * I also observed a relatively high staff turnover, which reflected the challenges within the working environment. * Unfortunately, there was very little room or support provided for learning, adjustment, or improvement, especially for someone new.
