Pros
Overtime available, but you will be scrutinised for every second when you submit your claim form. The owners (TLD) seem clued up, but the new managers in charge are poorly educated/inexperienced and behave like second class chavs. You can gain some good experience here, but its not worth it for the stress.
Cons
Low morale, old-school style 70's management. No working from home, due to their trust issues. Not very forward thinking. The list goes on. My advice would be to avoid. Staff turnover is high and the poor attitudes of certain managers and very aggressive behaviour is shocking.
