      Hard working HR and Support staff Salary on time Canteen and Infrastructure is good.

      Very slow growth For last 3 years, company not grown. Lot of family members and friends in leadership Nepotism and Politics. No dynamic People

      Job security people are very supportive and friendly in many teams If you're from jaipur you'll get to stay with your parents.

      Cons

      Management is dumb/deaf. Management has let go of the roots of this organization No new projects Not an employee-centric company anymore (It used to...but now it is not) Some Hrs don't reply to queries as if they are very busy. LOL Salary hikes are very low. There is a difference between being manipulative and being a liar. Some leaders don't understand it. First Saturday is working.
