Previous CEO in Malta who has now been moved to the Isle of Man office starts off nice to get you to sign the contract but is a nightmare once you start to actually work with him. Micro manages everyone to the point that he needs to approve emails before they are sent, no one is able to work with him for more than a couple of years.
He is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with with 0 management skills. Whenever there is a problem, his main priority is pointing fingers and looking for who to blame instead of solving, learning and moving on. Not to mention that he was and is still sleeping with an employee and was making it super evident that this person was treated extra favourably.
Make your mental health a favour and stay away.
