This place is a mess. Disorganized and absolutely NO communication. If you’re an outstanding employee that puts in 40+ hours a week and has extensive knowledge and experience, expect nothing. But if you can lie, brown-nose, throw people under the bus, and pretend you know what you are doing, then this is the place for you to grow. Which is also why the company will fail. Rewards terrible employees and let’s the good ones burn themselves out and eventually leave. Also, a male dominated company. Plenty of females with lower titles but that’s where they stay.
