Pros

Energetic meetings and helpful reading material

Cons

They lie to you about what the company is. They say it's not about your sales but talking to every single person (mall kiosk style), but then they call you out when you don't have high numbers and blame you for the other people working with you not having high sales. They emphasize constantly that they are not a scam. The morning meetings are almost cult like. If you're not a good fit for the company they will let you go by not sending you a schedule or answering you no matter how many people you contact.

Pros

The CEO seemed like a good business woman, but that’s really all I can say about the company positively.

Cons

Everything I was told about this job ended up being untrue. I would give this zero stars if I could. This is purely a sales job, not a marketing or branding job or however the various job advertisements they put out term it. You have strange , long hours where you are pushing products onto people at Sam’s Club, Costco, etc. for $7.25 per hour plus commission. The morning meetings and trainings are extremely cult-like and everyone in the company is fake nice to you. It sounds too good to be true because it is. I have no idea how people even make money at this job because the person training me sold one product the entire first day I was there. They promise you tons of money and quick advancement but it’s all lies. They try to turn everything around to benefit themselves. Taking a job at this company was the worst career move I’ve ever made.

You are a salesperson. This is not marketing.

Pros

People are nice. High energy.

Cons

Completely distort what you will be doing during the interview process. You go into your first meeting and they make you stand the entire time, no chairs. Brainwash you through a sales technique that is outdated. Stand in the middle of a Sam's club or Costco and pester people into buying overpriced cheap products and you are paid solely on commission and are not reimbursed for driving to different stores. Horrible hours. YOU ARE A SALESPERSON. Plus, the entire business model is eerily similar to a pyramid scheme. As a college graduate with dual business degrees I was being trained by someone with no college education.
