      Pros

      Patients get treated with up to date technology and they don’t have a long wait time like they would in other practices. High end frames.

      Cons

      Coworkers don’t have respect for fellow workers or the patients and Upper management incompetence in what it takes to lead.

      Pros

      Very friendly atmosphere, kind team, empathetic and airy and free and wonderfuln and feels like a place I could live and work. Pay was reasonable, management was like family and you could feel the love for people in this place. It's an office where I could retire in because there was no drama or toxicity. Clear communication and trust live here.

      Cons

      Too slow for my liking. I got bored because there were a lot of associates sharing the work, so sometimes I felt like it was not enough of a workload. It could be different now, though.
