Pros
They care for their staff. Great culture. Innovating. Very honest. They are a startup so that means that you can be a huge part of the journey and they will treat you with respect and full honesty. They are doing really cool work and allow the stuff to come up with their own initiatives and grow their own role.
Cons
They are a startup so that doesn't work for lots of people. You will get to work of lots of different projects, learn heaps, really fast. For lots that is a pro, but if you don't like to be challenged then it may not be right for you.

Pros
Very flat structure so you get access to Senior Leadership every day. It is a place where you have the freedom to try new things. Right now we are creating an entirely new kind of product from scratch so everyday is a chance to solve problems and experiment with new ideas. The team works so well together and everyone has a stake in the success of the business. Working in a start-up can be challenging but it is the kind of challenge that is worth doing.
Cons
The only con I can see right now is that as a start-up we are very flat so formal career options are limited. If we continue to grow then this will change.
