Pros

I have nothing good to say about this company.

Cons

You are treated as a number at this company. They only care about what you are producing as far as conversion rate, average ticket, etc… The management is worthless you can’t get a hold of anyone for support in the field. They are also very sales oriented. They will sell you a water heater you don’t need and forget to fix your original problem. I witnessed another plumber sell a customer a water heater that was “leaking” in the garage when the issue was a drain overflowing in the same area. Also if you put your two week notice in the just fire you. They will find any reason to hold money out of your paycheck and will refuse to pay you what you are owed.
