Pros

Weekly pay structure Beyond that, it is difficult to identify any meaningful positives, even when viewed from a strictly objective and non-emotional standpoint

Cons

Existing reviews proved to be accurate; issues became clear within weeks Significant gap between how the role is presented and how it functions in practice Role described as AR ownership but operates as a controlled, task-driven position Heavy micromanagement limits autonomy and professional judgment Core systems (AIA, billing, contracts, QuickBooks) are inconsistent and not maintained to a reliable standard Internal processes do not align, creating inefficiencies and preventing consistent execution Expectations are set at a level that is not realistically achievable given the condition of the underlying systems Tasks are assigned without sufficient context or continuity Prior experience and professional input are not effectively utilized Compensation tied to performance, but the structure does not support achieving those expectations

Pros

All of the field workers are great people and hard workers.

Cons

Half the people that work in the office have no idea what they are doing. Too many meetings for management that end up in no change. Expected to work 10+ hours a day. Nobody is held accountable for major mistakes but you will be screamed at for the smallest mistake. Pay was quite low for some of the positions. Docked pay for working less than 50 hours a week as a Salary Employee. Was threatened often by the owner and higher ups. Whole company is ran off of an outdated Excel sheet. TERRIBLE culture around the office.

Pros

Tons of work, opportunity to learn and grow experience. The admin building is full of resources and people that want to help. The supers are good guys, learning how to manage larger projects, and big personalities and big crews

Cons

some old school folks try to make it difficult to work here. most don't know how to use or turn on a computer. some hoard work to remain relevant.
