No pros to share only you will get experience letter.
Cons
1. Not payed salary at time. 2.No new projects but they started weekly one project but not completed. 3.No Employee benefits. 4. They are changed company rules based on there benefits in Irregular intervals. 5.If they want any work they will respond speedily otherwise no response if any employee ask anything. 6. 2 Years of bond and certificate submission is there. 7. Based on the 6Th condition they will treat like a slavers not like an employees. 8.They don't know the requirement of project but started because of this, the project delayed and not meet expectations. 9. Not a good management to maintain, Only follow the timing and behavior of employees not working. 10.Always monitor cameras and not consider your work performance. 11. They will debit Provident fund(PF) in your salary but not credit in your account and you not getting at all. They will told After three months you will get bet still no employee got from last 2 years of my experience. 12.If they don't have money to pay employees that suchivation they will terminate employees . 13. They are not Provide a good tea also this is the worst company i have ever seen in my life.
