I am unable to discern any advantages for a standard position. There have been salary delays of up to two months, and no annual raises have been provided. Furthermore, there has been no progress in terms of career development.
Cons
In my experience, the company culture showed favoritism toward certain nationalities, particularly Europeans, while other employees did not appear to receive equal respect or opportunities. I also observed management decisions that prioritized nationality over qualifications and professionalism. This created a difficult and discouraging work environment.
