Terrible planning, management. they tried to grow too fast. We got one pay a few days late which was unusual, the next month it was a week late, within 6 months we were 4 months without pay. this continued for a year. they drip fed us 50% every month or so until we were 6 months out of pay again. That is when I left and returned home. They paid me in full becuase they wanted me to come back and run a project. However other people in the exact same position that had left have not recieved a cent to this day. I never returned. They treat their workers like slaves. The non western workers have their passports taken when they start. We had to fight to get one of our boys passports back so he could fly home to bury his father that died 3 months earlier. We also paid for his ticket as he had not recieved any salary for months and they would not issue him his yearly return ticket home.

Salary is not credited for months, sometimes even a year for projects running at a loss. Employees are grossly underpaid, recent layoffs and pay cuts significantly hurt employee morale. They are not hiring now, but please, please stay away even if they start hiring again.
