Unstable business model, experienced sexual harassment from President and other Executives. No direction on position requirements, no career advancement, low pay, catty environment. Not encouraged to work as a team. The then "President" did not allow any conversing with co-workers regardless of need. Very uncomfortable environment. I was happy to leave.

Premier offers only TWO health carriers but they only want you to sell the one carrier that makes them the most money regardless if it's the right product for the client. The lead system is horrible... they only provide the quality leads to specific individuals. Everyone else gets the leads that are months old or don't fit the products being forced to sell... Management is Very Unprofessional! there is no coaching or guidance... it's a "sink or swim" mentality causing some agents to say and do unprofessional things to keep there job...
