      Pros

      I've been at Premier Mist for just over a year and I'm really happy here. The team are great, the atmosphere is friendly and there's a good range of career opportunities if you want to grow. Pay is competitive too. The company recently moved to a new HQ in which has invested highly into employee wellbeing, you can tell they actually care. Would definitely recommend this company.

      Pros

      A great supportive management. I enjoyed 3 great years here and learned a lot of technical skills and met some great people.

      Cons

      Due to my change in personal circumstances I had to resign and would have loved for them to have kept my position open but I understand why they can't

      Salary is reasonable compared to similar roles.

      Cons

      If you are capable of forming your own opinion there is not place for you here. The leadership is lackluster at best. Then reaches heights of almost delusional and abusive at the top. Severe lack of structure and direction. Company is reactive with an inherent blame culture.
