      A place where bullying is the core value!!

      Pros

      Good Project, variety of work.

      Cons

      Management only interested in production, no commitement to safety. Culture of bullying and abusive attitude. Management are out of touch and arrogant, no recognition of hard work. If you step outside of the management view you are sacked on the spot even if it's to do with safety.

      Pros

      1. Most of the people are great to work with 2. Once the bypass is open, it will be a doddle to get to work

      Cons

      1. Chaotic, unstructured and disjointed place to work 2. Key people at leadership level do not have the right knowledge, skills or experience required for their job 3. The old boys network is alive and well 4. Morale is quite low 5. Company seems to be selling off everything to bring down our (massive) debt - not much left in the UK
